About McWilliam’s Markview: Drawing from 140 years of winemaking experience, the McWilliam’s Markview range embodies this rich history to showcase elegant, vibrant wines with fruit driven flavours.

Vinification and Maturation: Selected Cabernet and Merlot parcels were harvested during the morning and crushed immediately into fermenters to maximise fruit flavour and varietal expression.

The wine was fermented for a period of five days pumping over four times daily until tannin extraction reached its desired level. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was pressed off into a mixture of French and American oak and allowed to mature for nine months.

Upon the completion of maturation, the Cabernet and Merlot parcels were blended together into a classic style that expresses both grape varieties whilst combing to create a wine of richness and balance. The final wine was then lightly fined before bottling.

pH: 3.62

Acidity: 6.07g/L
