ALTITUDE: 210m

SOIL: Friable sandy loam over limestone

VINE AGE: 20 years

PLANTING SYSTEM: Trellised, canopy wires, north-south rows

VINE DENSITY: 2,000 vines per Ha

FARMING: Permanent grass inter-rows; irrigation from dam

YIELD: 5.0 tonnes/Ha. 37HL/Ha

HARVEST: 13 March

VINIFICATION: Combination whole bunch and crushed/on skins for two weeks/remontage

AGEING: Seasoned French barriques for 16 months

ANALYSIS: pH: 3.71 Alcohol: 14.0% Acidity: 5.6 g/L Sugar: 0.2 g/L
