PEAK DRINKING
Now until 2024.
VITICULTURE
Cooler conditions and timely rainfall slowed down the ripening process and prolonged harvest. Those favourable conditions, combined with the high diurnal temperature range allowed full flavour development to occur in association with fine acid retention, and mature tannins.
WINEMAKING
Matured in seasoned French oak hogsheads for 12 months, a small amount of Merlot was added at the final blending stage to add some plush fruit and mid-palate weight.
